Our products are shipped from the UK, but handling VAT is very easy. For our customers located in the Republic of Ireland, if you add a valid VAT number at the last stage of the checkout process, your prices will be calculated ex. VAT. You will then have no additional costs to pay to our carrier, and you simply pay the VAT according to the reverse charge mechanism. If you don't have a VAT number, it's just as easy. Your order cost will still be calculated ex. VAT and our carrier FedEx will advance the payment of VAT due. After customs clearance, FedEx will claim the amount of VAT from you, as well as a disbursement fee, which amounts to +/- €5 for products with a value up to €83; +/- €15 for products with a value up to €600; or 2.5% if the value is over €600. This can either be paid online or on delivery.
